Food was disgusting.. I dont care about food being hot or cold, fresh or not fresh. Im saying the food tastes off, tastes like very low quality ingredients and someone that doesnt know how to cook. Literally everything I tried tasted bad. Sesame chicken had a weird taste almost like plastic or super super old sauce. It was genuinely disgusting. The beef for the “hibachi” bar is some tough cut like bottom round or chuck chopped into tiny bits. And the chef drowned it in sesame oil and added no sauce. This place is a joke. Im sorry, I am not exaggerating. The only thing that taste just okay was the potatoes. I dont know how anyone goes here once, and decides to go back again. The sakura buffet in savannah is heads and shoulders above this place. They are amazing compared to jacksonvilles sakura buffet.

Years ago, the food here was really good, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. The crab had a bad smell to it, and when I brought it to the staff's attention, they dismissed my concern instead of addressing it. The food also looked like it had been sitting out for a long time and did not appear fresh. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the customer service. I hope they can improve and get back to the standards they once had.

I came in with the excitement and enough hunger, from the first course as you can see in the photo it was dry those stuffed crabs the hard meats already burned.. The waitress’ service was very friendly even though I won’t say 30 minutes and she brought me the bill! Totally not come back !

This is by far, my favorite restaurant in Jax! You cannot beat the value for quality, choice, atmosphere, and an all around stress free good time! I bring my daughter her a couple times a month, kids under 3 eat for free, there’s a lunch special for only 13$ during weekdays if you come before 3:30! Such a good deal I almost feel like I’m getting away with something lol! And if it’s after 3:30 it’s still only 16-17$! It’s also a great place for a fun, affordable date! It’s healthy options, with a sushi bar, fresh shrimp, baked salmon, seafood and many other noodle, fresh, and fried dishes. My favorite is the Hibachi bar! You can pick out fresh, healthy, raw ingredients and haves chef cook it for you with your choice of sauce right there for you! It’s a fantastic way to build up muscle and bulk for the gym! I love this pace (I hope they love us too cause we eat it up! Haha ❤️) the are very nice and say hi and bye to me and my kid whenever we go, take great care of us, tentative while also giving us space to enjoy ourselves, the wait staff and hibachi chefs definitely deserve a tip!
